I do not think that communism has to be used.Maybe a technophilic

amish like society ;property both individual and collective as is

advantageous .Dancing rabbit collective works in a participatory

fashion .Car co-ops /housing co ops/ food co ops .Voluntary in nature

each co op seperate such that you may participate in one without

participating in others .Total or partial participation.Buying

power/bulk purchasing could be utilized for resources /technologies

that are in common.

Decentralized government structure planning and management decided in

a scientific/engineering / rational approach .Analysis of merits or

lack of .Group votes/contributes on a rolling basis given the

connection through ubiquitous/wearable computer systems.

Maybe borg collectives could operate differently or experimentally

different (experimental collectives).They could then document success

and failures with regard to operational differences .These operational

lessons could then be communicated/adopted by other collectives.

Analysis of productivity through engineered metrics would prevent

abuse through laziness with potential sanctions/expulsion if

participation less that adequate or penalties inherent in process ex.:

car co op requires credits/money equiv. If you do not "work" you will

not be able to participate through lack of resources.
